We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your Celestial Supplements purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product. Repeat purchases of the same product are eligible at our discretion.
  • Subscription orders: each shipment is eligible for refund within 60 days of that shipment's charge date.
  • Bundle or multi-pack orders: refunds are issued for the full bundle price if all items are returned, or prorated if partial.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for our guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  • Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
  • Briefly describe your experience (optional but helpful for us to improve)

Our customer support team will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with instructions. You do not need to return opened or used bottles to qualify for a refund under our 60-day guarantee.

Returns (Unopened Products)

If you wish to return an unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery:

  • Contact us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization and shipping address
  • Items must be in original, sealed packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product)
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund โ€” your choice.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3โ€“10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period, but you may request a refund under our 60-day guarantee if applicable.
