Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and shipping method).
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with tracking information.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected billing cycle. Shipping charges for subscription orders follow the same rates as standard orders. Subscribers who maintain an active subscription with an order value over $50 receive free standard shipping on every shipment.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, the order may be refunded minus original shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24โ48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the package cannot be located after 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend contacting your local post office or filing a claim with the carrier.
